The Spirit Triathlon: Levelling Up for 2027
Since our launch in 2023, the Spirit Triathlon has become a cornerstone for local student confidence and mental health, growing by over 1,000% in record time.
To ensure we continue to deliver the full-scale, festival-like experience our community expects, we are moving our next race to 2027. This shift allows us the proper lead time to manage our incredible growth and return with our strongest event yet.
We want to thank our participants, parents, and sponsors for their incredible support. We arenβt just planning a race; weβre building a legacy. See you at the starting line in 2027!

DO YOU LOVE TO SWIM, BIKE, OR RUN?
Are you ready to dive into the excitement of Spirit Triathlon?
Our goal is simple: to inspire and unite elementary school students toward the finish line in a fun and encouraging race. Guess what? You donβt need to be a super athlete to enjoy the fun!
Whether youβre a local individual competitor or joining forces with classmates on a school relay team, this event is for YOU. Students of all abilities can participate. Relay teams offer a great opportunity for non-athlete students to join in safely. Each teammate tackles a leg of the triathlon: swim, bike, or run.
Spirit Triathlon is a fun way to try something new, support your school, and cheer on your friends! Participants cross the finish line with pride and confidence.
Why Join the Spirit Triathlon?
INCLUSIVE
Participating in the triathlon was a highlight of our familyβs school experience. It encouraged participation and brought the entire school community together, fostering inclusion and belonging in a way that few other events have ever done. I would love to see the triathlon expand so that middle and secondary students can also take part in this opportunity.

TEAM SPIRIT
It wasnβt about winning for my daughter. It was about working as a team, crossing the finish line and experiencing the success of what they had just accomplished.

EMPOWERMENT
My son competed in the race individually. Watching him push through his fear of swimming, falling off his bike but getting back up so he doesnβt lose time, and then giving it his all during the run was a proud moment for me. What really made me emotional is that at the finish line, he gave me a hug and said, βI canβt wait to do this again!β

COMMUNITY
The triathlon is an amazing program that builds community, resiliency, self-esteem, and belief in oneself. A great addition to any school community.
